We will email you when your cover has completed production and is ready to ship. For some international shipments, tracking may become available only after the package completes customs clearance and is transferred to the local delivery partner.
You may cancel your order before production begins. Once the fabric and final details have been confirmed and production has started, the order can no longer be freely cancelled because the cover is being handmade specifically for your bed.
Because every cover is made to your specific measurements and choices, custom products are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges. If we have made an error with the size, construction, or quality, please contact us with photos, and we will work with you to correct the issue.
