This cover’s ability to resist abrasion has been tested to handle 40,000 cycles. 15,000 cycles or more is suitable for furniture used every day at home. Over 30,000 cycles means a good ability to resist abrasion. All our cover has a lightfastness level of 5 (the ability to resist color fading) on a scale of 1 to 8. According to industry standards, a lightfastness level of 4 or higher is suitable for home use.

What's our Shipping Method?

For items weighs less than 12oz, we ship via USPS first class mail.

For domestic parcles, we ship via USPS priority 5-7 business day arrival.

For international orders, we ship via DHL or USPS Priority International.


International Shipping: Items may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's declared value. 
As the buyer, you should be aware of possible:

  • Delays from customs inspection.
  • Import duties and taxes, which buyers must pay.
  • Brokerage fees payable at the point of delivery.

NOTE: Your country's customs office can offer more details.

All items are stored and dispatched from our AU warehouses, Monday through Friday. Orders placed by 3 PM EST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Expect your order to arrive within 11 to 15 business days. Please keep in mind that weekends and public holidays are excluded from our shipping schedule.

Orders over $99 come with free shipping within the contiguous US. For other cases, the shipping fee is determined by the carrier's rate. Deliveries within and outside the contiguous US are made through UPS.

We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our items. Therefore, if you wish to return your purchase for any reason within this period, you are free to do so. For more information, explore our Shipping Policy and Returns and Exchanges page.

  • The first return of one or multiple returnable items for EVERY order is free!
  • This item can be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase.
  • If the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts/accessories, the refund will be reduced to compensate for the lost value of the item.

Price adjustment within 30 days of payment

  • Items purchased from DelightMyTaste are eligible for our price adjustment policy. DelightMyTaste will provide the price difference in the currency that the order was paid in if the selling price of the item purchased was reduced within 30 days of payment in the same country or region. The shipment of your order will not be affected by applying for a price adjustment before you receive your item(s). You can request a price adjustment refund by selecting the relevant order in 'Your Orders' and clicking on the 'Price adjustment' button.
  • Items that are promotional or no longer available may not be eligible for our price adjustment policy. Fees, including but not limited to shipping fees, will be excluded for any price adjustment calculation. Step 1. Share Your Chair Photos

Once your order is placed, our team will contact you. Please take clear photos of your Chair from the front and side (see example on the left) and send them to our customer service.

Step 2. Get Your Measurement Guide

Our team will create a personalized measurement diagram based on your photos (see example on the right) and send it back to you for reference.

Step 3. Measure & Confirm

Using the diagram, measure your Chair according to the labeled points (A, B, C, etc.), record each measurement, and share them with our customer service team.

Step 4. Verify & Produce

Once we confirm the measurements, we’ll send you a sample of your selected material or product for approval.

After you confirm you’re satisfied, we’ll begin production and complete your custom order.
