Will I have to pay customs & duties on arrival?

All products sold on DelightMyTaste.com are priced as duty-paid, which means import duties and taxes are already included.

In most cases, you will not need to pay any additional customs fees when your order arrives. However, customs policies vary by country and region, and some local authorities may still charge extra fees even after duties have been covered.

If you are unsure about the customs requirements in your area, we recommend you check with local officials.

USA - For orders placed from 11th August 2025 the import fees and tariffs are paid in advance by DelightMyTaste. There are no further fees for customers to pay on arrival of their order. Orders placed prior to 11th August 2025 will be subject to import tariffs when the order exceeds a value of $800 USD.

Australia - Orders over 1,000 AUD are subject to duty/custom fees on delivery.

When will my order and/or fabric samples be delivered?

Delivery time depends on the type of product you ordered. Please see the estimated timelines below.

Fabric samples

Processing time: 1–2 days
Shipping time: typically 5–7 days (varies by region)
Estimated arrival: 5–9 days total

Custom furniture covers
These covers are handcrafted after you confirm your sizing details.

Production time: about 8–12 weeks after order confirmation
Shipping time (air freight): approximately 5–7 days depending on destination
Estimated arrival: 9–13 weeks total

Actual timing may vary depending on the complexity of the cover and fabric availability.

How can I track my order?

When your order is being shipped, you will receive an email or SMS/text message from the delivery carrier containing the tracking number of your package and a tracking link. With your tracking number you can track your order on the carrier’s website.

What does shipping cost?

DelightMyTaste.com offers two shipping options:

Standard shipping

Cost: $7.90
Delivery time: 7–10 days, depending on the destination

Premium shipping

Cost: $11.90
Delivery time: 3–6 days, depending on the destination

For orders over $200, shipping is free.

Which delivery carrier does DelightMyTaste use to the US?

U.S. orders are delivered by USPS directly to the delivery address you provide. Please make sure the address is one where someone can receive the package Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from USPS with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.
