Why It
Matters
Pure Linen is about natural character rather than a perfectly flat, uniform surface. Across the collection, linen and cotton are blended with carefully selected supporting fibers to create a breathable, softly textured weave with subtle slubs, tonal variation, and a relaxed sense of depth. The result is a cover that feels comfortable to live with, looks quietly refined, and brings warmth to modern, minimalist, and organic interiors.

All You Need
to Know
Quick answers to help you choose, compare, and receive your fabric samples.
You will receive physical swatches of the colors and fabric collections you selected. Depending on availability, we may also include a few similar shades to help you compare your options at home.
Yes. Our samples are cut from the same fabric collections used to make our custom covers, allowing you to check the actual color, texture, thickness, softness, and overall appearance before production.
Colors and textures can appear different on a screen because of lighting and display settings. A physical sample lets you see the fabric in your own space, compare it with your furniture and décor, and feel it before making your final decision.
Yes. You can compare colors and materials from different collections, including chenille, velvet, linen blends, textured weaves, and more durable everyday fabrics.
The sample will provide the closest representation of the finished fabric. However, minor variations may occur between production batches. Lighting conditions can also make the same fabric appear slightly different throughout the day.
Yes. You may use the samples to test the feel, color, light exposure, and basic care response. Please follow the care instructions for the individual fabric, as not every collection is machine washable.
Start by selecting the fabric collections and colors you are most interested in. You can compare softness, texture, durability, care requirements, and how each color looks in your room before making a final choice.
Consider how the furniture will be used. For homes with children or pets, durability and easy care may be more important. For bedrooms or quieter spaces, you may prefer a softer chenille, plush fabric, or velvet finish.
Yes. After you place your custom cover order, we will send samples of your selected fabric before production. Your cover will not enter production until you have seen and confirmed the final fabric.
Yes. If the original fabric or color does not feel right, you can select another option before production begins. We can also arrange additional samples when needed.
You may email us clear photos of your furniture, flooring, walls, or existing fabric. We can help narrow down suitable options, but an exact color match cannot be guaranteed from photos alone, so comparing physical samples at home is essential.
If a sample is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you and may suggest a similar color or fabric collection. You can choose an alternative or wait until the selected sample is restocked.
Most fabric samples arrive within approximately 5–8 days after dispatch. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, local carrier, and customs processing.
Yes. We can send fabric samples to most international destinations. Shipping availability and any applicable delivery charge will be shown during checkout.
Tracking is provided when available for the selected delivery method. Some small sample packages may have limited tracking updates until they reach the destination country or local delivery partner.
For our standard supported destinations, applicable customs duties and import taxes are normally included. Customers should not usually be required to pay an additional import charge when the samples arrive.
Fabric samples generally do not need to be returned. If you would like to compare another color or collection, please contact us so we can help arrange the most suitable next samples.
Please contact us with your order details and, for damaged samples, a clear photo of the package and contents. We will review the delivery and help arrange a replacement when appropriate.
