Once your order is placed, our team will contact you. Please take clear photos of your sofa from the front and side (see example on the left) and send them to our customer service.

Step 2. Get Your Measurement Guide

Our team will create a personalized measurement diagram based on your photos (see example on the right) and send it back to you for reference.

Step 3. Measure & Confirm

Using the diagram, measure your Sofa according to the labeled points (A, B, C, etc.), record each measurement, and share them with our customer service team.

Step 4. Verify & Produce

Once we confirm the measurements, we’ll send you a sample of your selected material or product for approval.

After you confirm you’re satisfied, we’ll begin production and complete your custom order.

Every sofa is unique — some are fully upholstered in one piece, while others have separate seat or back cushions. To keep things simple and transparent, our pricing is based only on the overall length and width of your sofa.
No matter the style or structure of your sofa, you’ll select a price option according to its total measured size.

What Happens After You Place an Order

Because sofas come in different constructions, we always double-check the details before production begins.

1. You place your order using the size option that matches your sofa’s total length and width.

2. We email you to confirm the sofa cover style you want — for example:

   • One-piece full wrap

   • Separate seat cushion covers

   • Back cushion covers

   • Armrest options

3. Once you confirm the style, we begin custom production.
