Step 1. Share Your Sofa Photos

Once your order is placed, our team will contact you. Please take clear photos of your sofa from the front and side (see example on the left) and send them to our customer service.

Step 2. Get Your Measurement Guide

Our team will create a personalized measurement diagram based on your photos (see example on the right) and send it back to you for reference.

Step 3. Measure & Confirm

Using the diagram, measure your Sofa according to the labeled points (A, B, C, etc.), record each measurement, and share them with our customer service team.

Step 4. Verify & Produce

Once we confirm the measurements, we’ll send you a sample of your selected material or product for approval.



After you confirm you’re satisfied, we’ll begin production and complete your custom order.

Elara Flax:

Linen Weave
Comfortable, exceptionally durable and cool to the touch,
linen is a natural fiber derived from the flax
plant. Linen as well as linen-like fibers exhibit alluring
slubs for a textural hand that lends itself to slipcovers,
pillow-cushioned sofas and framed chairs. Elara Flax
Fabric shown above in Snow.

Terravia:

Leathaire
Timeless and full of character, natural leather comes in
a variety of finishes including hides that showcase
one-of-a-kind natural markings. Despite its rich
appearance, leather is a durable material with a beauty
that only gets better with time. Libby Leathaire shown
above in Chamois.

Sienna Velour:

Velvet
Luxe looking and soft, cotton or polyester velvet is
woven with a plush pile that’s clipped to give it a
downy nap. Rich in appearance, velvet is surprisingly
durable and a good choice for active households.

Ansel Textiles:

Bouclé
Named for the French word for “curl,” bouclé gets its
nubbiness from double-twisted yarns where one strand
creates loops. With its soft, fleecy feel, bouclé is
especially suited to accent chairs and curvy frames.

Chenille
Chenille uses twisted, looped and cut yarns to give it
a downy appearance and even, plush pile. A great
choice when softness and performance are desired,

Textured Weave
Available in a variety of yarns and weights, textured
fabrics enliven frames with visible texture. From chunky
tweeds to slubby weaves, these textiles showcase the
character of individual fibers as well as the weaving

Machine wash warm, normal cycle.

Dry clean any solvent except trichloroethylene.
Safety and compliance

This cover’s ability to resist abrasion has been tested to handle 40,000 cycles. 15,000 cycles or more is suitable for furniture used every day at home. Over 30,000 cycles means a good ability to resist abrasion. All our cover has a lightfastness level of 5 (the ability to resist color fading) on a scale of 1 to 8. According to industry standards, a lightfastness level of 4 or higher is suitable for home use.

What's our Shipping Method?

For items weighs less than 12oz, we ship via USPS first class mail.

For domestic parcles, we ship via USPS priority 5-7 business day arrival.

For international orders, we ship via DHL or USPS Priority International.


International Shipping: Items may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's declared value. 
As the buyer, you should be aware of possible:

  • Delays from customs inspection.
  • Import duties and taxes, which buyers must pay.
  • Brokerage fees payable at the point of delivery.

All items are stored and dispatched from our AU warehouses, Monday through Friday. Orders placed by 3 PM EST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Expect your order to arrive within 11 to 15 business days. Please keep in mind that weekends and public holidays are excluded from our shipping schedule.

Orders over $99 come with free shipping within the contiguous US. For other cases, the shipping fee is determined by the carrier's rate. Deliveries within and outside the contiguous US are made through UPS.
