What is DelightMyTaste's return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your order from DelightMyTaste.com, you may return the product within 30 working days from the date you receive it, as long as you notify us within that time. Please follow the steps outlined in “How do I return a product?” to begin the return process.

All products purchased from DelightMyTaste are covered by a 30-day free return and exchange guarantee, with the following conditions and exceptions:

Fabric samples

Due to the nature of fabric samples, they are not eligible for return or exchange once they have been shipped.

Custom furniture cover series

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the order is confirmed and production begins.

If fabric samples were shipped, the sample shipping cost will still apply.
Because custom covers are made specifically for your furniture, returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

There is a quality issue, or

We made a measurement error that caused the cover not to fit.
The 30-day return and exchange guarantee does not apply if the incorrect size is due to customer-provided measurements or if the issue is related to color preference.

Returns or exchanges are accepted if there is a quality issue or if the wrong item was sent.

Ready-to-ship products

Ready-to-ship items are covered by the standard 30-day free return and exchange guarantee.

How can I exchange my order?

Whether an order can be changed or canceled depends on the product type and the stage of production. Please review the details below.

Fabric samples

If a fabric sample has already been shipped, the order cannot be changed or canceled. If you need help, please contact our customer service team.

Custom furniture covers

Because these products are made to order, we follow a step-by-step process:

After placing your order, your selected fabric sample is mailed to you. During this period (about 10 days), we will email measurement guidelines and related information.

You may change or cancel your order during this time at no cost (except fabric sample shipping).
Before production starts, we will confirm all details with you and only begin after you approve the order.

You may still change or cancel at this stage with no fees (except fabric sample shipping).
Once production has started:

Changes or cancellations are still possible

A material consumption fee of 30%–50% will apply

Please contact customer service to confirm the exact fee
After the order is completed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

If you receive your cover and there is a quality issue or it does not fit due to our measurement error, it is covered by the 30-day free return/exchange guarantee.

This guarantee does not apply if the incorrect fit is due to customer-provided measurements or if the issue is related to color.

Because these are custom products:

Once production has started, the order cannot be changed or canceled
Contact customer service before production if you need to modify or cancel

If there is a quality issue or we sent the wrong item, the order is covered by the 30-day free return/exchange guarantee.

Ready-to-ship products

If a ready-to-ship item has already been dispatched, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please contact customer service if you need assistance.

How do I return my order?

include a completed copy of the DelightMyTaste return receipt with the products
pack the products unused, unwashed, and not damaged in their original packaging, and in no more than one parcel
return the complete product to DelightMyTaste unless otherwise specified by our Customer Services (eg, multi-pack products must be returned with all items included)
return the products by using the same courier/delivery service that delivered the products to you (DPD, DHL).You are responsible for the package/products until received by DelightMyTaste. We recommend keeping the receipt from the courier and if applicable the track and trace number
Fabric per meter can only be returned if defective
DelightMyTaste must receive the goods within 30 working days of the date you received the parcel

We do not accept returned products sent to our office or store.

We only accept returns in the original packaging. However, if the original packaging is no longer usable, you can replace it with one of a similar size and free from other labels and barcodes.

What does a return cost?

DelightMyTaste.com offers a 30-day free return and exchange guarantee for eligible orders.

If your order does not qualify for the 30-day free return or exchange service, we can still help arrange a return. In this case:

A return handling fee of $60 will apply
For small packages with an order value under $150, the return handling fee is $20
The applicable fee will be deducted from your refund

Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

When will I receive my refund?

In most cases, DelightMyTaste will refund you within 14 days from the date you let us know about your intention to cancel. The refund will be credited to the payment method you used for the returned items. However, we may delay the repayment until we have received the product or the customer has provided proof that the product has been returned (eg certificate of delivery).
