After your order ships

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking and delivery details by email. After delivery, we recommend unpacking and inspecting your items right away. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer support team through the Help Center.

What if my order doesn’t fit?

Most products on the DelightMyTaste website are covered by a 30-day free return and exchange guarantee. The details depend on the type of product you ordered.

Fabric samples

Fabric samples are not covered by the 30-day free return and exchange guarantee once they have been shipped due to the nature of the product.

Custom furniture covers

You may cancel your order for a full refund any time before the order is confirmed and production begins (shipping costs apply if fabric samples have already been sent).
First, please check your order receipt to confirm you selected the correct cover for your furniture model.
If the cover does not fit, contact us through the contact form and we will do our best to help.

Because custom covers are made to your specifications:

If there is a quality issue or we made a sizing mistake that causes the cover not to fit, your order is covered by the 30-day free return and exchange guarantee.
If the incorrect size is due to customer measurements or the issue is related to color, the 30-day guarantee does not apply.

How can I cancel/change my order?

Whether an order can be changed or canceled depends on the product type and the stage of production. Please review the details below.

Fabric samples

If a fabric sample has already been shipped, the order cannot be changed or canceled. If you need help, please contact our customer service team.

Custom furniture covers

Because these products are made to order, we follow a step-by-step process:

After placing your order, your selected fabric sample is mailed to you. During this period (about 10 days), we will email measurement guidelines and related information.

You may change or cancel your order during this time at no cost (except fabric sample shipping).
Before production starts, we will confirm all details with you and only begin after you approve the order.

You may still change or cancel at this stage with no fees (except fabric sample shipping).
Once production has started:

Changes or cancellations are still possible

A material consumption fee of 30%–50% will apply

Please contact customer service to confirm the exact fee
After the order is completed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

If you receive your cover and there is a quality issue or it does not fit due to our measurement error, it is covered by the 30-day free return/exchange guarantee.

This guarantee does not apply if the incorrect fit is due to customer-provided measurements or if the issue is related to color.

How do I know if my order went through?

In the last step of your purchase, you will see an order confirmation on your screen which you can print. An order confirmation will also be emailed to the address you specified on your order.

If you have not received an email from us before, your mail server may sort it as spam, so please check your spam box.

How can I place a special order for my company/organisation?

What if my order is faulty?

DelightMyTaste products are guaranteed for 3 years from the day you received your product and it's used in a normal home environment where the advice in our Care Guide has been followed.

If you discover a defect within 3 years please use the link here to claim the item(s).

For the warranty to apply, the following conditions must be fulfilled:

The products must only have been exposed to normal use in a home environment.
The products must have been handled in accordance with our Care Guide, which means that you must have washed the products at specified temperatures, your should not have placed th products in sunlight and you should not have used dryers, bleach, stain removers or the like.
