I just assumed they were all loose, wrinkly, and obviously looked like covers.

The best part about going custom is getting exactly what you want. I picked my favorite color, chose the fabric I loved, and every little detail turned out just the way I imagined.

Once I saw how good the sofa looked, I ended up ordering a matching bedding set too. I guess I got a little carried away... but I have zero regrets.

One thing that really stood out was the customer service.

Because I chose a cotton fabric, I washed it before putting it on the sofa. The team had already told me that cotton naturally softens after washing, and they checked in afterward just to make sure everything was perfect. That kind of care honestly meant a lot.

When I finally finished putting everything together, I just stood there smiling.
