To make sure your custom cover fits beautifully, we calculate the size of your headboard and bed frame based on their maximum dimensions—not just the flat or straight areas.
Here’s what’s included in the measurements:

Widest & Tallest Points: We measure from the outermost edges of each piece.

Headboard Overhang: Any part of the headboard that extends beyond the bed frame is counted.

Cushion Crowns: For upholstered or cushioned headboards, we measure to the highest point of the fully fluffed cushion.

Curves & Angles: Any outward curves, rounded edges, or angled shapes are included in the overall width and height.
This ensures your cover fits properly and hugs the true shape of your furniture.
Quality Check Allowance
During final inspection, our factory allows for a 1-inch measurement margin to ensure your cover isn’t too tight or too loose—just a comfortable, accurate fit.
