Pure Linen-Cotton 49| Custom Sofa

We have a cat at home and our "new" sofa did not stay new for very long
The corners were already scratched up, so I'd been living with random sofa blankets and cushions trying to hide everything.

Then one night I kept seeing people post custom sofa covers and finally got influenced enough to order one myself lol.

And somehow it actually worked??

The fit turned out way better than I expected and now the whole living room feels calmer and more finished instead of "trying to cover cat damage"

Okay BUT the shipping took almost two months and I was checking the tracking every other day.

Still worth it though.

Now I'm already thinking about changing the rest of the decor too, or maybe getting another set in a black-and-white style next time

My IKEA Soderhamn has been with me for two years now, through moving apartments, late-night snacks, random naps everything.

After moving into my new place, I really didn't want to buy a whole new sofa again, so I figured I'd try changing the cover first.

I was NOT expecting it to make this much difference.

Now it somehow looks softer, cleaner, and way more expensive than before.
Even my friends thought I replaced the whole couch lol.

My cream sofa looked cute in theory but in real life it was constantly covered in lint, fuzz, and little mystery marks. I looked at so many custom covers before this but most of them were way out of my budget.

This one was actually affordable enough for me to risk it, and I fully expected at least SOME kind of disappointment lol.

But somehow it fits ridiculously well??
Like genuinely looks made with the sofa.

Also the installation was way easier than I expected.
Now my living room feels cleaner, softer, and weirdly more put together.

It completely changed the vibe of my living room.

The soft creamy texture + those little details make it feel so French apartment somehow cozy but still elegant?

Now my couch looks expensive and I suddenly care about candles and throw pillows lol.
