We ship worldwide, with free shippingavailable to most countries on orders above USD $350. For select countries in Asia, free shipping applies from USD $200. Any applicable shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.

Please note that certain remote or high-cost regions may incur additional shipping charges due to courier limitations. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.

Standard orders (without customizations) are typically delivered within 8–10 weeks from the date of order. Most parcels are dispatched within approximately one week, with transit taking an additional few days depending on location.

An optional Express Delivery service may be available at checkout, offering prioritized production and shipping within approximately 8–12 days, subject to fabric availability and an additional service fee.

During peak periods, express services may be temporarily unavailable as we prioritize consistent craftsmanship and product quality over speed.

**Customs, Taxes & Import Duties

For customers in the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Japan, all import duties and taxes are included—no additional charges upon delivery.

For other regions, customs duties or import taxes may be applied by local authorities. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient. If unsure, we recommend contacting your local customs office for guidance.

**Delivery & Receipt Responsibility

Please ensure all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect or incomplete details, reshipping and handling fees may apply.

Upon delivery, carefully inspect the package before accepting it. If the outer packaging appears damaged or compromised, do not accept the parcel and request a claim directly with the courier at the point of delivery. This ensures proper accountability and protects your order.

For convenience and reliability, we recommend using a work or office address where someone is available to receive the parcel.

**60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

From the date of delivery, you have 60 days to ensure your product is the perfect fit for your home.

If there are any issues related to fit, fabric performance, or construction, we will provide a free replacement—no returns required. To process a replacement, we may request photos or measurements to ensure the best possible outcome.

If you are still not satisfied after receiving a replacement, we will continue working toward a resolution or offer a full refund.

For change-of-mind purchases or ordering mistakes, we offer store credit equivalent to 50% of the original order value (excluding shipping). This policy can be exercised once per order.

**Fabric Warranty

All products are covered under a Limited Fabric Warranty, effective from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage varies by fabric collection, typically ranging from 1 to 3 years.

This warranty covers defects under normal use, including:

Tearing, breaking, or abrasion from regular wear
Color fading or pilling (depending on fabric type)

If a claim is approved, we will provide either a full or partial replacement. Replacement items will carry the remaining original warranty or an additional 90-day coverage period—whichever is longer.
