When can I expect to receive my order?

The shipping time provided on our website is a guide only and represents the time frame that 95% of orders are filled within. If you require drapes by a certain date, please contact us at hi@delightmytaste.com to seek the time frame, and you might need to pay an extra fee.

Once orders are shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to follow up with the carrier.

Fabric swatches and booklets are shipped by Carrier DHL eCommerce or USPS with a lead time of 5-9 days. Mailbox delivery, no signature required.

Ready-made and customized items are shipped by carrier DHL Express, FedEx, UPS with lead time of 11-20 days. Door-to-door service. It might need your receipt signature to ensure safe delivery.

1. How is the Worry-Free Purchase Service Charged?

  • Applicable for all orders, the service charges about 2% of the merchandise value. 

2. Coverage Details:

  • Arrival delay: Claim for $5 if your domestic package is not delivered within 10 days since fulfillment (30 days for international packages).
  • Damage: Claim for up to the full value of your purchase if your items are damaged in transit.
  • Loss: Claim for the full value of your purchase if your domestic package is not delivered before the 30th day since fulfillment (60th day for international package).

Can I indicate a certain carrier?

No, we select and decide the carrier according to destination country, order package weight, etc. We work with USPS, DHL eCommerce, FedEx, DHL Express, and UPS, which are high-reputation carrier to ensure smooth delivery. We own a direct carrier account to make the shipping service is expected. We provide door-to-door service.
Where can’t you ship to?

We only accept shipping to street, such as office or home address. We can't ship orders to military addresses. We can't ship order to military and PO Box address.
Where will my order be shipped from?

All orders are shipped from vertical factory directly by carrier UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
How do I track my order?

Once the order is picked up by carrier, our system will send you an email to advise the carrier and tracking number. You may visit the carrier's official website to monitor your package. You are able to work with carrier to make an appointment for delivery time.
Can I change my shipping address after pick-up?

No, changing the address is not supported. Please ensure the shipping address before placing the order.
Do I need to pay any duties or VAT?

United States:
No extra charges. Your order arrives with all fees covered.

Outside the United States:
We cover duties and VAT in most regions.
However, in some countries, local customs may charge VAT or import fees based on local regulations. If applicable, these fees are the customer's responsibility.

We work to minimize any chances of unexpected fees and ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Please contact us first if your package tracking status shows delivered, but you don't receive the package.

Made-to-Order drapes are not accept return if items are made matching your original order details.

We highly recommend you to read necessary information to make sure the custom-made items will fit your needs. We sincerely wish you to order the sample cards or swatches before ordering customized items to ensure texture, color meet your expectation. For customized bed frame cover, sofa cover, and drapes, we usually will not accept returns.

Before placing your return, please check if your item is eligible for return, as some items may be featured as Final Sale or No Return or subject to additional return restrictions. You can find this information in the item specific sections below, so you may review it before making your purchase
Can I Return?
  • Fabric swatches and sample booklets are not returnable.
  • Custom sofa cover and bed frame cover are made to measure products, we can't accept return if products are made matching your original order details.
  • Ready-Made are accepted returns.
Non-returnable:

The following conditions do not qualify for return for Ready-Made or Made-to-Order items.

  • Misunderstood the image of the product.
  • Items do not fit properly but were made accurately. 
  • Made-to-Order items are too heavy.
  • Not the color you wanted. 
  • Not the quality you wanted. (Consider buying fabric booklets to confirm color and texture.)
  • Change of mind / No longer wants it.
  • Ordered the wrong item by mistake. 
  • Wrong size. Tolerance size within +/- 1 inch is treated as industry acceptable. The width of the drapery will be 1-3 inches wider than the purchased width to prevent light leakage at the hem due to gravity hanging.
  • Order comes later than expected.
  • Item were ordered by mistake.
  • Incorrect measurement.
  • Color variation due to fabric dye lot that naturally occurs (reasonable color differences are allowed between the sample booklets and the finished items).
  • Color variation due to adding a liner (compare lined drapes vs unlined).
  • Special items do not support returns or exchanges.
Returnable:

In these special circumstances, we accept return. If you believe there is something wrong with your product, contact us straightaway with full details of the problem - feel free to send a photo to illustrate the problem by email, quoting your order number. We will of course repair or remake the product to match the original order as quickly as possible, so you will be inconvenienced as little as possible. We will request that the original items are returned to us.

  • We made wrong items.
  • Wrong liner type used.
  • Not as described.

Ready-to-ship items and Ready-Made that can be returned or refunded within 30 days of receiving must meet both of the following conditions:

  • Faulty items damaged/broken or in the incorrect size/color upon arrival.
  • Items are unused, items with tags and unaltered.
What can I do if I don't like what I ordered?

We would be very disappointed if this happens, but realise that sometimes people have a change of heart and feel they have chosen the wrong colour, design or style. We cannot provide free replacement for this situation, thank you for your understanding.
Return Time Limit

Any reasonable return request will be accepted and handled within 30 days upon your receipt. Overdue return request might be rejected. We remind you to check the products as soon as you receive them.

Price adjustment within 30 days of payment

  • Items purchased from DelightMyTaste are eligible for our price adjustment policy. DelightMyTaste will provide the price difference in the currency that the order was paid in if the selling price of the item purchased was reduced within 30 days of payment in the same country or region.
