We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
From the date of delivery, you have 60 days to ensure your product is the perfect fit for your home.
If there are any issues related to fit, fabric performance, or construction, we will provide a free replacement—no returns required. To process a replacement, we may request photos or measurements to ensure the best possible outcome.
If you are still not satisfied after receiving a replacement, we will continue working toward a resolution or offer a full refund.
For change-of-mind purchases or ordering mistakes, we offer store credit equivalent to 50% of the original order value (excluding shipping). This policy can be exercised once per order.
How do I return my order?

- include a completed copy of the DelightMyTaste return receipt with the products
- pack the products unused, unwashed, and not damaged in their original packaging, and in no more than one parcel
- return the complete product to DelightMyTaste unless otherwise specified by our Customer Services (eg, multi-pack products must be returned with all items included)
- return the products by using the same courier/delivery service that delivered the products to you (DPD, DHL).You are responsible for the package/products until received by DelightMyTaste. We recommend keeping the receipt from the courier and if applicable the track and trace number
Fabric per meter can only be returned if defective - DelightMyTaste must receive the goods within 30 working days of the date you received the parcel
We do not accept returned products sent to our office or store.
We only accept returns in the original packaging. However, if the original packaging is no longer usable, you can replace it with one of a similar size and free from other labels and barcodes.
We offers a 60-day free return and exchange guarantee for eligible orders.
If your order does not qualify for the 60-day free return or exchange service, we can still help arrange a return. In this case:

A return handling fee of $60 will apply

For small packages with an order value under $150, the return handling fee is $20

The applicable fee will be deducted from your refund
Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
