Final sale items, custom orders, and damage from improper use are not covered under warranty. While we ensure the highest quality of fabric, our UV-resistant products are not fade-proof and may experience normal wear due to exposure. Custom Orders
Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to their unique specifications. We offer one free adjustment (e.g., shortening) if needed, but return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Shipping

• Standard lead times:

  • Foam inserts: 10-20 working days.

  • Custom covers: ~15 working days.

• Delivery times after shipping:

  • Europe: 7-12 days (air freight).

  • North America: 3-7 days.

• Default carriers: FedEx or DHL. Contact customer service to request a different carrier.

• Always inspect the package before signing. Refuse delivery if damaged.

• Signatures by family, friends, or security guards are considered "received by the buyer."
