• Avoid contact with alcohol-based products, solvents, paint, nail polish, and harsh chemicals.
• Dark or heavily dyed garments (such as denim) may transfer color onto lighter shades.
LIEFTIME WARRANTY
This warranty reflects our commitment to the highest standards. Our Fabric Warranty covers material and workmanship defects for the original purchaser from the date of purchase.

- Loss, misuse, improper storage, or third-party modifications

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
From the date of delivery, you have 60 days to ensure your product is the perfect fit for your home.
If there are any issues related to fit, fabric performance, or construction, we will provide a free replacement—no returns required. To process a replacement, we may request photos or measurements to ensure the best possible outcome.
If you are still not satisfied after receiving a replacement, we will continue working toward a resolution or offer a full refund.
For change-of-mind purchases or ordering mistakes, we offer store credit equivalent to 50% of the original order value (excluding shipping). This policy can be exercised once per order.

When will I get my order?
Standard orders are typically delivered within 8–10 weeks, including processing and transit time. An optional express service may be available for faster dispatch (subject to availability and additional fees).
How much does shipping cost?
We offer worldwide shipping, with free shipping available for most countries on orders above USD $350. Select regions in Asia qualify for free shipping from USD $200. Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location. Please note that we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.
For orders under USD $350, you'll be shown a shipping fee between $35 USD to $68 USD (or higher). Unfortunately, DHL/FedEx charge a higher shipping cost to your country.
