What's the pricing structure?Pricing combines material costs (clearly listed per linear foot on our Materials page) + 10% craftsmanship fee. Measure your sofa to estimate costs upfront. After reviewing your submission, we'll email precise measurements, fabric requirements, and final pricing for approval - no commitments until you confirm!

What's your return policy for custom orders?You may cancel anytime before production begins with full refund. After finalizing your custom design and approving production through our digital authorization system, orders become non-refundable as we craft specifically for your unique sofa. Rest assured - we triple-verify all details with you before this critical stage.
