Frequently asked questions

Can you make a slipcover for my sofa?

Most likely, yes. Every slipcover is custom made for your specific sofa, so we can work with almost any style—including sectionals, chaise sofas, curved sofas, sofa beds, recliners, vintage sofas, and more.

After you place your order, simply send us a few photos of your sofa. Our team will review its shape, cushions, and construction before guiding you through the next steps.

Will the slipcover fit my sofa properly?

Yes. Your slipcover is made specifically for your sofa—not pulled from a standard size or ready-made pattern.

We use your photos and detailed measurements to create the pattern for each part of your sofa. Before production begins, we'll review everything with you to make sure the important details are correct.

The goal is a clean, tailored fit that looks like it belongs on your sofa.

Will my sofa still work normally with the slipcover on?

Yes. Your slipcover is designed around the way your sofa actually works.

If you have a sectional, chaise, sofa bed, recliner, movable cushions, or other special features, we'll take them into account when designing your cover.

Just show us how your sofa is constructed, and we'll customize the slipcover accordingly.

Do I need to know my sofa brand or model?

No. Knowing the brand or model can be helpful, but it's not required.

Photos and measurements usually give us everything we need. This means we can also make slipcovers for older, discontinued, vintage, or unbranded sofas.

Why do you only need approximate measurements before checkout?

We keep the first step simple.

Your approximate measurements help us understand the size and configuration of your sofa and calculate your price. You don't need to measure every cushion, armrest, or curve before placing your order.

Afterward, our team will review your sofa photos and create a measuring guide based on your specific sofa.

What if I make a mistake when measuring?

Don't worry—we don't simply take your measurements and start sewing.

Our team reviews your photos and measurements before production. If something doesn't look right or two measurements don't seem to match, we'll contact you and ask you to double-check them.

We'll guide you through the process, and production only begins once the important details have been confirmed.

How are the individual cushions covered?

Whenever possible, seat cushions, back cushions, and other removable cushions are covered individually rather than hidden underneath one large piece of fabric.

Each cover is made according to the shape and size of the cushion, helping your sofa keep its original lines and giving the finished slipcover a more natural, upholstered look.

If your sofa has fixed cushions or an unusual construction, we'll design a solution specifically for it.

Why do you send fabric samples before production?

Because choosing fabric from a screen isn't quite the same as seeing it in your home.

We send physical samples so you can see the true color, feel the texture, and compare the fabric with your flooring, walls, curtains, and lighting.

We won't begin production until you're happy with your fabric choice.

Can I wash my slipcover? Which fabrics are best for pets and kids?

Many of our fabrics are washable, and we also offer options specifically suited for busy homes with kids and pets.

Depending on what matters most to you, we can help you choose fabrics that are more durable, easy to clean, pet-friendly, or soft and comfortable for everyday use.

Care instructions vary by fabric, so always check the recommended care method for the fabric you choose.

How long does the whole process take?

Once your order is placed, we'll first review your sofa and send your fabric samples. Samples typically arrive within 5–8 days.

After you approve the fabric and we confirm your measurements and design details, your slipcover moves into production. Because every piece is individually patterned, cut, and handmade, production typically takes around 6–12 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of your sofa.

We'll keep you updated along the way and let you know when your finished slipcover is ready to ship.
