    Simply select your preferred fabric from our collection, then upload photos and measurements of your sofa (or share brand/model details). We'll handle everything else! Our craftsmen will create a flawlessly fitted cover that revitalizes your sofa.

  • What's the pricing structure?
    Pricing combines material costs (clearly listed per linear foot on our Materials page) + 10% craftsmanship fee. Measure your sofa to estimate costs upfront. After reviewing your submission, we'll email precise measurements, fabric requirements, and final pricing for approval - no commitments until you confirm!
  • What's your return policy for custom orders?
    You may cancel anytime before production begins with full refund. After finalizing your custom design and approving production through our digital authorization system, orders become non-refundable as we craft specifically for your unique sofa. Rest assured - we triple-verify all details with you before this critical stage.
  • Shipping & Delivery
    US Delivery  
    US retail orders are charged $14.95, with FREE shipping on purchases over $100. We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 7 to 14 working days.
    International Delivery
    International retail orders are sent with DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. Delivery charges are weight based and are confirmed at checkout.
    Returns 
    In-stock items may be returned by customers for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. 
    Please note, for hygiene reasons, opened bedding cannot be returned.
