Here’s how we calculate costs for your custom sofa covers—no hidden fees, just clear math!

1. Fabric Cost Basics

• Fabric price: If $10 per meter (or 39 inches).
  (This is the cost for the fabric alone. Foam/sponge is priced separately if needed.)

2. How Your Total Cost is Calculated

Total Price = (Fabric Used × $10)+$ Labor Fee)

Example:

• If your sofa needs 6 meters (234 inches) of fabric:

  • Fabric cost: 6 meters × $10=$60

  • Labor fee: 6 meters × $0=0$

  • Total = 60$+$0 = $60

3. Rough Estimate Guide (No Tape Measure? No Problem!)

Use these quick multipliers to ballpark your fabric needs:

• Fabric Sofas: Total sofa length × 3
  (e.g., 2-meter sofa → ~6 meters fabric → ~$10\times 6+6$×0 = $60)

• Wooden Sofas: Total sofa length × 2
  (e.g., 2-meter sofa → ~4 meters fabric → ~$10\times 4$4×0 = $40)

4. Key Policies to Know

• Finalize before ordering: Once you submit measurements, fabric choices, changes are only possible if production hasn’t started. Contact us immediately with questions!

• Non-returnable: Each cover is custom-made for you. Minor handcrafted variations may occur.

Step 3: Finalize Details

• Request free material samples if you need to verify colors/textures.

• Confirm your design, material, and sewing preferences.

• Production begins once all details are approved.

Step 4: Production & Delivery

• Custom sofa covers and cushions are handmade to your specifications.

• Important:

  • No returns/exchanges after confirmation (due to custom sizing).

  • Minor size adjustments (if needed) are free of charge.

Product Photos

Sizing
Custom items are handmade to your measurements. A slight size variation (1-2 cm) is normal and complies with textile industry standards. If you require precise sizing, please consider carefully before ordering.

Custom Orders
Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to their unique specifications. We offer one free adjustment (e.g., shortening) if needed, but return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Shipping

• Standard lead times:

  • Foam inserts: 10-20 working days.

  • Custom covers: ~15 working days.

• Delivery times after shipping:

  • Europe: 7-12 days (air freight).

  • North America: 3-7 days.

• Default carriers: FedEx or DHL. Contact customer service to request a different carrier.

Delivery & Inspection

• Always inspect the package before signing. Refuse delivery if damaged.

• Signatures by family, friends, or security guards are considered "received by the buyer."

Important Notes

• We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD).

• Returns shipped via DHL will not be accepted.
